Here is our agenda:FREE to everyone. Interested in competing or HAVE BEEN JUST THINKING ABOUT COMPETING …LEARN about hitting that stage with the NPC…..Top pros in attendance, with judges, trainers and media to give free support and knowledge.Agenda is as followed;1)Welcome everyone and give a brief history of the NPC / IFBB.
2)TALK ABOUT SOME OF OUR MEDIA AFFILIATIONS.
3) Explain the different divisions /classes in detail and rules.
4) Explain the national qualifications…..bb, mpd, wpd, fig, bikini, etc
5) Demonstrate posing within each division / with a Guest athlete demonstrating.6) Break up and go into groups / classes and let the Pros discuss one on one tips on making it to the national stage
