NPC-IFBB Pro League President Jim Manion received a Proclamation from his hometown of Carnegie, PA. The town he grew up in, the town where he opened Manion’s Gym in 1979 & the town where he started the NPC & the first NPC National Office. The recognition was for his assistance & donations over the years to the Carnegie Borough Police Department.
