This Saturday, April 14, learn from the best in the business at the NPC Figure, Bikini and Figure Workshop. Held at Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym in Syosset, New York, the workshop features two current Olympia champions – six-time Fitness Olympia Adela Garcia and 2011 Bikini Olympia Nicole Nagrani – along with two-time IFBB Pro Bikini champion Jamie Baird.
IFBB Judge and NPC New York District Chairman Steve Weinberger will host the event at Bev Francis Powerhouse gym. IFBB Pro Fitness competitor and Team Bombshell founder Shannon Dey and Muscular Development Senior Editor Sean Andros will also be on hand to cover all aspects of training, nutrition and competition.
