Seven contests highlight the NPC schedule this weekend. See below for information on all of the events!
CALIFORNIA STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS: CULVER CITY, CALIFORNIA
Since 1983, there is arguably no regional NPC contest that has produced a lineage of overall champions comparable to the California State Championships. Shawn Ray, Chris Cormier, Melvin Anthony, Sonia Gonzales, Heather Mae French and Sara Hurrle are just a few of the Cal’s overall winners who have graduated to memorable careers as IFBB Professionals. This weekend will mark the biggest turnout in the contest’s history, as more than 260 athletes will take the stage at Veteran’s Memorial in Culver City.
GULF COAST CHAMPIONSHIPS – CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA
The 10th Annual Gulf Coast Championships features guest posing appearances from two of the best young talents in the IFBB – Juan Morel and Jon Delarosa, fresh off 4th and 5th place finishes at last weekend’s New York Pro in their pro debuts.
LEHIGH VALLEY CHAMPIONSHPS: ALLENTOWN, PA
The Lehigh Valley Championships is one of the oldest competitions in the country, spanning back over 60 years! IFBB Pro Evgeny Mishin is the event’s featured guest poser.

HUB CITY FITNESS QUEST: JACKSON, TENNESSEE
2011 202 Showdown runner-up Flex Lewis highlights the contest with a guest posing appearance in his home stage of Tennessee.
