TWO TIMER I feel completely honored and super excited to be the first two-time NPC Athlete of the Month! Hard work really does pay off! I’d like to give a huge thanks and shout out to my hubby and mom for their constant support and encouragement as well as to the NPC North West officials and judges, Save Fitness family, and coach Tanji Johnson! Without all of them, this achievement wouldn’t have been possible!

ARMED AND READY My competition plans for 2013 have started off rock solid and I’m working hard to continue that success at the Emerald Cup in just a couple of weeks. My number one goal for this year is to achieve my pro-card at Team Universe in Fitness and begin competing in the IFBB as soon as possible!

ENDLESS OPPORTUINTY I think by biggest improvement over the past year has been creating a fitness routine that would showcase more of my personality as well as increasing the speed and explosiveness of my skills. I have also worked hard on nailing down my posing for the physique round. I think in Fitness there is always something that can be improved upon or learned, as the skill and trick possibilities are endless. To me, that is also what is so exciting about Fitness… the endless opportunity to learn and master strength and acrobatic moves!

BELIEVE AND ACHIEVE What motivates me more than quotes or sayings is believing that I have the ability to achieve my goals and dreams. But not just believing, putting forth the hard work and effort to make my goals and dreams a real life possibility. I also say, “This is the only life I get… it’s up to me to make it what I want it to be,” and for me, that is an IFBB Fitness Pro!
