IFBB Pro Shawn Hektor-Lewis threw a competitor Christmas party in
northern Virginia on December 21st. It was an open invite to all
competitors in the VA/DC/MD area. They brought their favorite “cheat foods”
and beverages. It was a way for all of them to get together outside of the
gym and competition arenas and really get to know one another. There was
food, music, drinks, and even a little lifting involved. It was a blast
and they are already looking for a bigger venue for next year!
