Judge’s comments “Excellent condition – she was just hard enough. The only thing that holds her back is she is a little thick in the waist. She can work on her thigh sweep and back width to make her waist look smaller, but she can be good.”
Nekole Hamrick – Masters Over 35 Class C Winner
Age 42
Height 5’9
Weight 155-158
Residence Orlando, Florida

Judge’s comments “Lower half needs to be tighter, especially her hamstrings and glutes. Doesn’t need any more size. A little thick waisted. Again, could be a tad harder, especially downstairs. Needs to showcase her physique a little bit beter in her posing – a little less artistic stuff and more hitting the shots.”
Keri Ann Heitzman – Class A Winner
Age 30
Height 5’ ¼
Weight 119
Residence Portland, Oregon
Contest History/Highlights 2012: Oregon Ironman 2nd Figure Short Class, 3rd Physique; Oregon State Championships 1st Figure Short and Overall winner, 1st Physique Short and Overall winner; Capitol City Naturals Physique 1st Short Class; IFBB North Americans 1st Class A
Judge’s comments “Legs are a little thick. Needs to be tighter. Her waist looks thick but it’s hard to tell because her conditioning is off – here everything looks too big.”
Danielle Deck – Class C Winner
Age 41
Height 5’ ½
Weight 142
Residence Aurora, Illinois
Contest History/Highlights 2012: Junior Nationals 2nd Class D; Masters Nationals Masters Over 35 Class C 2nd; 2011: Junior Nationals Figure 16th Class E; USA Championships 15th Class B
Judge’s comments “She’s good – a nice body and good conditioning. Could use a little more muscle in her legs. Has potential to do well in the pros.”
OTHER PRO CARD WINNERS
Jill Rudison – Overall and Class B Winner
Judge’s comments “She came to the NPC seminar after the USAs and it looks like she listened to the posing advice, because she presented herself a lot better here. A very good winner and I think she’ll make a good physique pro. Could have been about 5 to 10 percent harder but still looked great in that condition.”
Jill Dearmin – Masters Over 35 Class B Winner
Judge’s comments “Very good from the front, pretty good from the back. Some of these girls in the Physique division could go into the pros and do well right away.”
WOMEN’S BODYBUILDING
Tammy Jones – Overall and Heavyweight Winner
“A very good bodybuilder. She’s ready to go right into the pros and could cause damage immediately. She could win a pro show for sure. Doesn’t need to get any bigger, she could walk in just like this.”
Terri Harris – Masters Over 35 Overall and Light Heavyweight Winner
She’s very good. Her stomach is a little bloated here and that takes away from her legs. She has a very good body and is in excellent shape. Needs to work on her posing, especially her back last spread and back double biceps. Physique-wise, she’s ready for the pros.”
