IFBB Bodybuilder Armando Aman 2016 Off Season Contest Prep Video

Armando Aman in off season prep for IFBB pro debut targeting IFBB Chicago Pro and training with IFBB Pro Don Long at The Gym Jax, in Jacksonville, Florida. Currently at 212 lbs the strategy is to debut at 180lbs up 15lbs from his weight at the 2015 NPC USAs where he earned pro status in the welters.
