1. Split Squat – 3 Sets – 12 reps/leg
2. Barbell Hip Thrust – 3 Sets – 12 – 15 reps
3. Step up Lung to knee raise – Â 3 sets – 12 reps/leg
4. Bosu Lateral Lunges – 3 sets – 12 reps/leg
5. Swiss Ball Hand to Feet Pass – 3 sets – 10 reps
6. Lateral Cable Kick Back – 3 Sets – 15 reps/leg
7. Cable High Pull down to Reverse Fly – 3 sets – 10 reps/arm
8. Tricep Cable Extensions – 3 sets – 15 reps
