EAST COAST MECCA: Work Shop
This Saturday, August 24, Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym (the East Coast Mecca of Bodybuilding) will host the NPC Stage Ready Workshop for figure, bikini, fitness, and women’s physique!
The workshop is free and open to any ladies with an interest in competing.  This is a special opportunity to learn about the sport and have your questions answered by the experts.  You can be brand new to the sport or a veteran of the stage – everyone will find valuable lessons at the Stage Ready Workshop!
There is no pre-registration or sign-up necessary and the workshop is absolutely free. Â It starts at 1pm and wraps up around 4pm (you can show up late or leave early as necessary).
The featured guests are Bikini International Champion India Paulino, 5x Pro Figure Champion Gen Strobo, two-time NY Pro Women’s Physique Champion Juliana Malacarne and Team Bombshell founder Shannon Dey!  The workshop also features a Q&A with NPC Northeast Zone Chairman & National Head Judge Steve Weinberger.  This is your chance to learn from the very best in the business!
