Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym (the East Coast Mecca of Bodybuilding) hosted the NPC Stage Ready Workshop for figure, bikini, fitness, and women’s physique! The workshop was free and open to any ladies with an interest in competing. This special opportunity to learn about the sport and have your questions answered by the experts was well received and the event was attended by hundreds of women. The event was a huge success. Plus the Montanari Brothers from Powerhouse Gym (Super Gym) in New Haven, Conn., were in attendance as well as many IFBB pros including Evan Centopani, Yeshaira Robles, Callie Bundy, Jamie Pinder and more.
Speakers were Bikini International Champion India Paulino, 5x Pro Figure Champion Gen Strobo, two-time NY Pro Women’s Physique Champion Juliana Malacarne and Team Bombshell founder Shannon Dey! The workshop also featured a Q&A with NPC Northeast Zone Chairman & National Head Judge Steve Weinberger. This is your chance to learn from the very best in the business!
