In this episode, we give you what you’ve all been asking for, a back workout with Rich Piana. Rich likes to switch things up when it comes to his back workouts, by confusing the muscle. So what he does, is throw in wide grip pull-ups between each set of back exercises. In total he gets in around 160 reps of pull-ups, on top of all the other exercises he does in this workout.
