SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR 2020 NPC UNIVERSE/NATIONAL FITNESS, NPC USA, NPC JUNIOR USA & NPC NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIPS
ONE TIME ONLY 2020 RULES
ALL 4 Contests are still scheduled to take place on their respective dates
- NPC Universe & NPC National Fitness Championships, July 2, 3 & 4
- NPC USA Championships, July 24 & 25
- NPC Junior USA Championships, August 28 & 29
- NPC North American Championships, September 2, 3, 4 & 5
At this time there are no plans to postpone any of these contests unless mandated by their venue or their local government.
The Qualification Guidelines are as follows for all contests and the NPC competitors wanting to compete in the NPC North American Championships:
- TO ENTER OPEN CLASSES: You must have competed in an NPC sanctioned 2019 IFBB Professional League Qualifying Contest such as,
2019 NPC Junior USA Championships
2019 NPC Junior National Championships
2019 NPC Universe & NPC National Fitness Championships
2019 NPC USA Championships
2019 NPC North American Championships
2019 NPC National Championships
2019 Olympia Amateur (USA Las Vegas only)
2019 or 2020 Arnold Amateur (USA Columbus only)
You will also be qualified if you place Top 5 in a 2019 or 2020 NPC national qualifying contest before September 2, 2020.
- TO ENTER THE NPC UNIVERSE MASTERS CLASSES: You must compete in any Masters level class (any age group) in an NPC sanctioned National Qualifying contest, NPC Universe Masters, NPC Masters Nationals or NPC North American Masters Championships since January 1, 2019.
- There Are No Changes To The Qualifying System For the 2020 NPC Teenage, Collegiate, Masters National Championships which are;
Competitors must have competed in any NPC competition after January 1, 2019.
- There Are No Changes To The Qualifying System For the 2020 NPC North American Championships Canadian Physique Alliance and Mexico competitors which are;
Requirements for CANADIAN competitors
This is an OPEN event for athletes from Canada.  Must be a current member of the CPA, with an official letter of approval from the CPA, www.canadianphysiquealliance.com or contact ronhache@unitz.ca directly.
Requirements for MEXICAN competitors
Open To All Mexican competitors for this year.
For The Remaining NPC National Contests After September 5, 2020, at this time, qualification rules will return to the normal rules as posted here;

NPC Competitors must be a USA Citizen or a Green Card holder including;
Proof of USA citizenship must be one of the following:
- A birth certificate
- A voter’s registration card
- Military discharge papers
- Naturalization Papers – Form N560
- Consular Service Form FS24 for those born outside of the United States to United States parents
- A valid United States Green Card
Note:Â Residency is four (4) months prior to a contest or must be a full time student in the area.
