Jon Lindsay’s Muscle Contest turned yet another successful NPC Workshop in Las Vegas held at the A Team Training Center. Competitor’s, future competitor’s and even trainers came to to hear the Head Judge Tamer El Guindy speak about the importance of stage presentation and the points for his judging criteria. Special guest Kim Oddo broke down the posing elements of posing techniques for Men’s Physique with IFBB Pro Trevor Larson, for Figure with IFBB Pro Julie Mayer-Hyman and
for Bikini with IFBB Pro’s Stacey Alexander and Liana Hamilton. Remember these workshops are FREE and open to everyone interested in learning more about what happens on the stage.
