Height 5’3
Weight 117
Contest History/Highlights 2012: Pittsburgh Championships 2nd Class C; 2011: Emerald Cup 1st Class B; 2010: Northwest Championships Overall
Judge’s Comments “Great lines, beautiful symmetry. Nice overall package. Looks like she’s going to need a little bit more muscle and fill out her physique to take that next leap to the pro level.”

ANGELA COLEMAN – 2nd Class A
Age 27
Height 5’0
Weight 105
Contest History/Highlights 2012: Junior USA Championships 2nd Class A; Junior Nationals 3rd Class A; Team Universe 6th Class A; 2011: Muscle Mayhem Championships 1st Class A; Junior Nationals 8th Class A; North Americans 2nd Class A; 2010: Midwest Classic 1st Novice Short Class and Overall
Judge’s Comments “She put in her time over the past year and has slowly made improvements from show to show. She can come across on stage as a little bit wide in the waist. Overall, she has enough muscle on her physique, she just needs a little more width in her upper body. She can bring the muscularity of her glutes down a little bit – they tend to overpower her upper body.”

JENNIFER BAKER – Class B Winner
Age 26
Height 5’2
Weight 119
Contest History/Highlights 2012: Ronnie Coleman Classic Class and Overall
Judge’s Comments “She could improve her posing – she needs to work on her stage presence when she makes that next step up. Could fill out her body all over. She is a little bit thin in the legs and needs a little bit more in her upper body.”

CHRISTY ALLEN – 2nd Class B
Age 27
Height 5’2 1/2
Weight 112
Contest History/Highlights 2012: Team Universe 5th Class B; North Americans 2nd Class B; 2011: Nationals 7th Class B
Judge’s Comments “Another one who slowly moved up as the year went on. She has nice symmetry, but she needs more muscle in her upper body. Her conditioning needs to be better in her lower body. She could be a little bit tighter, but needs more muscle first.”

TAMARA SEDLACK – 2nd Class C
Age 38
Height 5’3
Weight 110
Contest History/Highlights 2012: San Diego Championships Bikini 5th Class, 3rd Masters; Los Angeles Grand Prix 1st Class C, 1st Masters Class C and Overall; Los Angeles Championships 1st Class C, 1st Masters Class C and Overall; USA Championships 4th Class C; Sacramento Championships 1st Class C, 1st Masters Class C
Judge’s Comments “Symmetry is her hallmark – she has a great structure to work with. She needs to take some time to put more muscle on her physique before stepping on the pro stage.”

CYDNEY GILLON – Class D Winner
Age 20
Height 5’4
Weight 136
Contest History/Highlights 2012: Junior USA Championships 6th Class D; 2011: Battle at the River 1st Class C
Judge’s Comments “Great symmetry, nice muscularity. She just really looks nice on stage. A beautiful upper body. In her upper body, she has better conditioning from the front than she does from the rear. She could use a little more fullness in her legs and lower body conditioning could be a bit better.”

MICHELLE SHEPHERD – 2nd Class D
Age 43
Height 5’4 1/2
Weight 112
Contest History/Highlights 2012: San Francisco Championships 1st Class and Overall, 1st Over 35 Masters Class and Overall; 2011: San Jose Championships 1st Class and Overall, 1st Masters Over 35 Class and Overall; North Americans 6th Class C, 8th Masters Over 35 Class C; Sacramento Championships 2nd Class C, 2nd Masters Over 35 Class C
Judge’s Comments “Nice symmetry. She’s a little small overall. Needs a little more muscle and is going to have to find a happy medium between being conditioned and keeping a little bit of fullness – she may have been a little over-conditioned here.”

CORINNA BOOTH – Class E Winner
Age 25
Height 5’6
Weight 128
Contest History/Highlights 2012: Steve Stone NY Metropolitans 2nd Class C; Bev Francis Atlantic States 2nd Class D; Team Universe 5th Class E; Ft. Lauderdale Cup 1st Class and Overall, 1st Novice Class and Overall; 2011: Ft. Lauderdale Cup 1st Novice Class and Overall
Judge’s Comments “Nice symmetry and structure, but overall she’s a little small muscle-wise. The only thing that really stands out on her physique is her delts, which gives the appearance that she carries a lot of muscle when she really doesn’t. She needs to fill out, especially her arms and her upper chest, and watch that her delts don’t overpower the rest of her body. Very good from the back in the glutes and hams.”

ELIZABETH JENKINS – 2nd Class E
Age 28
Height 5’6
Weight 130
Contest History/Highlights 2012: Pittsburgh Championships 2nd Class C; Omaha Duel of Champions 1st Class B and Overall; Junior nationals 7th Class D; Team Universe 12th Class E; Sacramento 2nd Class E, 2nd Women’s Physique Class; 2011: Sacramento Championships 3rd Class E; Iowa Battle of Champions 1st Class C; Nationals 6th Class E; 2010: Contra Costa 3rd Class D; Sacramento Championships 3rd Class D; 2009: Contra Costa 3rd Class C; 2008: Sacramento Championships 3rd Class C; San Francisco Championships 2nd Class C
Judge’s Comments “She has been competing for a long time in both figure and physique, and she falls right in that borderline between both. Conditioning is usually never a problem with her. She has enough muscle, but again she’s right on the border.”

BELINDA HOPE – Class F Winner
Age 38
Height 5’10
Weight 139
Contest History/Highlights 2012: Junior USA Championships 3rd Class F; Team Universe 3rd Class F; Masters Nationals 2nd Class F; North Americans 4th Class F, 3rd Masters Class F; 2011: Nationals 11th Class F
Judge’s Comments “Nice symmetry. A tall girl, so she is going to have to fill out and add a little more muscle. Conditioning could be better in her glutes and legs but she needs to fill out first. Needs to work on presentation.”

OTHER PRO CARD WINNERS

DANIELLE SERECULA – Class A Winner
Judge’s Comments “Nice symmetry. She’s been slowly moving up in placement as the year went on. Her shoulders tend to overpower the rest of her upper body, so she has to watch that. Nice symmetry and nice presentation. Good from the back. Conditioning was right on.”

TANYA WEINLE – 2nd Class F
Judge’s Comments “Needs to continue to add more muscle in her upper body and focus on adding more width. Also needs to improve her presentation.”
