SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA CHAMPIONSHIPS/ARMED FORCES NATURALS: SAN DIEGO, CA
Over 250 competitors are scheduled to compete at the biggest-ever edition of the Southern California Championships/Armed Forces Naturals. They’ll be treated to one of Mr. Olympia Phil Heath’s final guest posing appearances before he starts his 2012 Olympia prep.
RHODE ISLAND STATE CHAMPIONSHPS: LINCOLN, RI
Held at Twin River Casino, the 2012 Rhode Island Championships is a national-qualifying event. Fans and competitors will be treated to guest appearances by one of the IFBB’s most successful couples, Branch and Trish Warren, while Bob Cicherillo is the special guest MC.
MINNESOTA STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS: MINNEAPOLIS, MN
The 2012 NPC Minnesota State Championships will take place this Saturday in the heart of Minneapolis, at the Minneapolis Convention Center’s Auditorium. With more than 130 competitors registered, this will be the largest state championships since IFBB Pro Christine Bongiovanni took over as promoter three years ago. Last year’s Men’s Bodybuilding Overall winner Shawn Simonet will return as the featured guest poser.
DUEL OF CHAMPIONS: OMAHA, NE
Over 100 athletes are excepted at the Hardbody.com Duel Of Champions, held in conjunction with the IFBB Omaha Pro Figure Championships. IFBB Pro Toney “X-Man” Freeman will be the featured guest poser.
TAMPA BAY CLASSIC: TAMPA, FLORIDA

LONG ISLAND CHAMPIONSHIPS: WEST BABYLON, NY
Three-time 202 Showdown champ Kevin English guest poses in front of the hometown fans.
UTAH OPEN/NATURAL CHAMPIONSHIPS: WEST VALLEY, UTAH
IFBB rookie standout Steve Kuclo guest poses, three weeks removed from a third-place finish in his debut at the New York Pro. Heather Dees, who finished second in the pro figure division at that same contest, also makes an appearance.
GARDEN STATE CLASSIC: PATERSON, NJ
Dennis Wolf comes to New Jersey for a guest appearance at the Garden State Classic.
OKLAHOMA STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS: TULSA, OK
