About Nick: Nick “3D” Trigili was born on June 4, 1987 in Long Branch , New Jersey. He grew up on the Jersey Shore and still resides there today. He has been an athlete his entire life. Once a track and basketball star , he gradually started to fall more in love with lifting weights. After seeing almost immediate results at a young age , he jumped into his first competetion at the age young age of 18. Nicks first show was at the 2006 Garden State Championships. He competed in the teen division where he went on to win his division. He knew there was only a few weeks till “Teen Nationals.” Without question, he entered the competetion and placed 4th in the heavyweight class weighing 206lbs. After a couple of very bumpy years, he was determinded to get back up on that stage and chase his dream of turning an IFFB pro! After 2 and half years of eating, breathing and living bodybuilding, endless hours in the gym day after day, eating pounds and pounds of food, he created a 6ft , 285lb FREAK ! Nick was able to gain over 100lb in just 2 and half years ! Nick recently competed at the 2011 Atlantic States in the superheavy weight class weighing 255lb and took 2nd place. Just a week before competing Nick was signed by Muscular Development and just shortly after his first show back, he signed with Musclemeds! Nick is now on the fast track to the top of the amateur ranks and will surely be a presence in the IFBB one day !
