Over 460 athletes came to Charlottesville, South Carolina this weekend for the 2013 NPC Junior USA Championships, but by Saturday night seven stood out from the rest- Kevin Rainey, Jeremy Buenida, Lindsay Waters, Vickie Dowell, Rebecca Andrades, Mary Stockbridge and Leila Thompson.
