The NPC hosted it’s most recent Figure, Bikini and Fitness workshop at one of the best gyms in the country this past weekend, as some of the biggest names in the industry made their way to Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym in Syosset, New York.
Over 200 turned out to see the star-studded cast of instructors: Six-time Fitness Olympia winner Adela Garcia; 2011 Bikini Olympia winner Nicole Nagrani along with fellow Bikini pros Jamie Baird, India Paulino, Vanessa Campbell and Diana Graham; Figure pros Gen Strobo and Kristin Nagrani; IFBB Hall of Fame bodybuilder and now IFBB judge Bev Francis; IFBB judge and New York NPC Chairman Steve Weinberger and with Team Bombshell owner Shannon Dey.
The workshop was hosted by Fitness Rx for Women.
